
Chickpea, Caper and Black Olive Dip

Not only is this dip quick and easy to prepare but it is also absolutely delicious. You will be addicted. If you are a lover of chickpea style dips then you will be blown away by the amazing flavours. I like to serve this with raw vegetables and bread sticks.
INGREDIENTS
1 400g ( 14 oz ) can chick peas, drained
3 teaspoons capers
10 black olives, pitted
5 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon English mustard powder
2 pinches salt
Pepper to season
METHOD
Put all of the ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
This can also be made by hand in a large bowl and using a hand blender or potato masher.
